Job Description:
Responsible for general laboratory and operational support. Including providing logistical support for samples and compounds management, ordering supplies and carrying out general bench work activities.

You will be part of Our Worldwide Research and Development team that employs a multidisciplinary approach to identify and target cancer cell cycle for developing the next generation Oncology therapeutics and therapeutic combinations.
- You will contribute to early discovery and protein engineering for the development of novel biotherapeutics. You will be responsible for extensive molecular biology, tissue culture and cell biology benchworks, including vector engineering, Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), cloning, cell line engineering and cell-based assay development. You will also contribute to protein/antibody expression and purification, biophysical characterizations and target validation.
- With your deep knowledge in the discipline, you will be an active team member who influences at the project team level. You will be using your scientific judgment to adapt standard methods and techniques by applying prior work experience and consulting others. Your ability to plan will help in preparing short-term work activities on projects. Your creativity in developing novel processes and new ideas will be used frequently.
- It is your innovative scientific temperament that will help in making the company ready to achieve new milestones and help patients across the globe.
How You Will Achieve It
- Contribute to achievement of goals and influence at the project team level.
- Carry out experiments including phage display, vector design, antibody production, and cytotoxic activity, to advance projects in our pipeline.
- Evaluate data and provide clear reports that can be shared and transferred to and from cross-functional teams.
- Pay attention to detail, strictly adhere to safety protocols, and use knowledge of basic laboratory procedures to advance projects under rapidly shifting priorities and timelines.
Compensation Details:

- The Pay Range for this position is $32.81 – $37.47 per hour, can vary depending on employment status.
