- We operate using a modern Global Capability Product Operating Model to shape, deliver, and evolve our digital products. Cross-functional, empowered product teams own outcomes—not just outputs—and work from clear product visions, strategies, and measurable goals. We prioritize user problems, validate solutions through experimentation and data, and iterate quickly to create real value for our users and the business. As part of this model, you’ll collaborate closely with development, design, and stakeholders across the organization, using discovery and delivery practices to ensure we’re building the right things, in the right way, at the right time.

Reporting to the L&D Suite Lead, this role serves as the primary product leader for the L&D product team and partners closely with L&D Tech Leads, development teams, and vendor partners to ensure solutions are aligned with product priorities and enterprise standards.
- The L&D team enables enterprise capability development by delivering structured training, onboarding, and skill development solutions across sales, marketing, medical, and CX teams. As the Principal Product Owner, you will have primary accountability for the product vision, roadmap priorities, governance, and measurable outcomes for learning and development products, including enterprise learning platforms, training content libraries, onboarding programs, and role-based learning curricula, ensuring capabilities deliver meaningful, measurable impact for users and the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Business–Technology Bridge
- Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and aligned to defined product outcomes and success metrics.
- Lead discovery efforts, engaging directly with users and key stakeholders to deeply understand their needs, validate business value, and assess technical feasibility prior to development.

Integration & Platform Evolution
- Partner with development and data teams to ensure seamless integration across learning management systems (LMS), learning experience platforms (LXP), content management systems, and enterprise enablement tools supporting training delivery and tracking.
- Influence ongoing platform evolution to support scalability, flexibility, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor system performance, adoption, and platform health to inform backlog prioritization and continuous improvement.
- Manage backlog prioritization, requirements documentation (PRDs, user stories, discovery artifacts), and sprint planning in partnership with development teams.
User-Centered Solution Development
- Leverage user insights and engagement data to shape L&D capabilities that integrate effectively into real-world workflows.
- Define and refine role-based learning frameworks, onboarding journeys, and training prioritization logic to support capability development across commercial functions.
- Design, build, and scale reusable, on-demand learning assets (e.g., e-learning modules, job aids, playbooks) and structured training programs that support onboarding, capability development, and continuous learning across sales, marketing, medical, and CX teams.
Delivery, Optimization & Value Realization
- Partner with development and data teams to deliver scalable, reusable L&D capabilities.
- Monitor product performance, adoption, and engagement metrics to inform backlog prioritization and continuous improvement.
