Summary:
The Investor Relations Coordinator role will serve as the key point of contact for the company investor relations team for all scheduling, logistical, billing, and other administrative functions for the team. This position will include regular outreach and interaction with external stakeholders, such as investors, Wall Street analysts, and vendors, as well as internal stakeholders, such as administrative professionals supporting the company’s senior leaders.

Key responsibilities of the Investor Relations Coordinator include the following:
- Organize and coordinate outreach to analysts and key investors surrounding earnings and other meaningful business updates to schedule meetings with management and/or investor relations.
- Schedule and track all meetings between investors/analysts and company personnel. Ensure meeting notes from those meetings are uploaded to the customer relationship management (CRM) system in a timely manner. Monitor the investor relations shared inbox for investor meeting requests, vendor outreach, and junk mail removal.
- Manage the investor relations calendar, including meeting frequently with administrative personnel supporting the CEO and CFO to ensure alignment on event participation.
- Work closely with executive support teams to schedule earnings calls and company events (Investor Days, Business Updates, etc.) preparation meetings, confirm appropriate participants are invited, and reserve meeting rooms. Support the final material printing process, if needed.
- Coordinate the company’s participation in investor conferences, including completing registration for all participants, booking travel, lodging, and ground transportation for non-executives, and purchasing webcasting services. Ensure that the participating executives and their administrative teams are informed throughout the process.
- Update and maintain team contact information lists, including investors, analysts, and bankers.
- Work with other members of the administrative staff to support on-site finance meetings and other events.
- This is a hybrid role. However, it will require in-person attendance at corporate headquarters in Bridgewater, NJ several times a month, on average. Some travel for investor events and conferences may be required.
- Oversee the procurement, contracting, and billing process by taking responsibility for all purchase orders (POs) and service agreements with vendors used by the investor relations function. Establish strong connections with key business partners in the Procurement and Legal functions.
- Track investor relations spending and flag areas of potential deviation from the budget.
- Own the relationship with company’s investor relations website vendor by communicating necessary changes and updates to the site. Verify that appropriate updates are made by the vendor at the agreed-upon times.
- Build relationships across the organization to facilitate cross-functional collaboration on key investor relations initiatives and other corporate priorities.
Strong candidates will have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Minimum of 3+ years prior experience in administrative support or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail is critical.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and an ability to learn quickly.

- Previous experience in the Healthcare/Biotech industry preferred but not required.
Compensation Details:

- The Pay Range for this position is $33.55 per hour, can vary depending on employment status.
