Orbis Clinical is seeking a Remote based Digital Marketing Contractor for 12 months.

We are specifically looking for candidates with pharma, biotech, or life sciences social media experience, ideally within rare disease.
The strongest fit will have:
• Hands-on experience managing both paid and organic social media in a regulated pharma/life sciences environment
• Strong experience using Meta Business Suite
• Experience targeting and engaging patient, caregiver, or disease-specific communities through Meta
• Strong understanding of the US regulatory environment for pharma/life sciences marketing and communications
• Biotech or rare disease experience is strongly preferred
*Candidates coming primarily from medical device or general marketing backgrounds may not be the best fit unless they have directly supported regulated pharma or biotech social media work.
Job Title: Digital Marketing Contractor
Location: 100% remote
Contract: 12 Months
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Contractor with a strong specialty in paid and organic social media campaigns that support our digital marketing strategy. This role will focus on building and managing paid media, driving engagement, and supporting lead generation through strategic content creation, campaign execution, and performance analysis..
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with executing comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals
- Manage day-to-day activity across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X), including willingness to monitor and act as needed 7 days a week
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, short-form video, etc.)
- Monitor trends and proactively recommend new content ideas and platform strategies
- Engage with online communities by responding to comments and messages as required by FDA rules
- Execute paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and A/B testing
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, patient advocacy, corporate communications) to ensure brand consistency
- Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI)
- Optimize campaigns and content based on data insights and performance trends
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all campaigns
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on paid and organic social media management
- Experience with Meta Business Suite social media management and analytics tools
- Hands-on media experience
- Strong understanding of paid social advertising and campaign optimization
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
- Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Talkwalker)
- Experience in healthcare media and understanding of managing social media in a regulated industry
- MLR review process (Veeva Vault)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut)
- Familiarity with SEO and broader digital marketing channels (paid search, SEM, CRM)
Compensation Details:

- The Pay Range for this position is $40 – $55 per hour, can vary depending on employment status.
