Are you ready to make a meaningful impact for patients living with serious and rare diseases? We are seeking a driven, strategic, and collaborative marketing professional to join our HCP Brand team as Associate Director, HCP Marketing, Peer-to-Peer Education & Congress.

In this high-visibility role, you will own and execute innovative HCP educational initiatives — spanning personal and non-personal promotion, peer-to-peer (P2P) engagement, national speaker bureau programs, and congress strategy. • Identify and champion new formats for effective peer-to-peer engagement.

Congress Strategy & Execution

  • Own company’s presence at national and regional medical congresses — from strategic planning through on-site execution.
  • Coordinate all congress activities, including booth design, digital and print assets, scientific presentations, content development, and HCP engagements.
  • Define and report on success metrics.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Agency Management

  • Serve as the primary brand liaison to the MedComm Agency of Record, managing the relationship and ensuring high-quality, on-strategy deliverables.
  • Partner closely with Legal, Regulatory, Compliance, and Medical Affairs to ensure all programs are executed compliantly and aligned with brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with the financial business partner to manage program spend to budget, ensuring fiscal accountability.
  • Foster a culture of compliance across all initiatives and vendor relationships.
