Orbis Clinical is seeking an IT Program Management located in Bridgewater, NJ for up until the end of the year.
Job Title: IT Program Management
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Contract: Up until the end of the year
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-workstream employee experience transformation program.
- Coordinate efforts across IT, HR, Corporate Communications, Procurement, and other business functions.
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, risk registers, and communication plans.
- Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, status updates, and stakeholder workshops.
- Drive alignment among technical and non-technical stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
- Partner with business leaders to ensure successful adoption and change management.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across the program.
- Ensure project teams remain focused on key deliverables and organizational objectives.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business-focused communications.
- Foster collaboration and accountability across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Support go-live planning, rollout activities, user adoption efforts, and post-implementation hypercare.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience managing Enterprise Self-Service platform, Employee Experience (EX) or Digital Workplace integration initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Highly versed in Agile Delivery environments
- Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively navigate various personality types and organizational dynamics.
- Experience facilitating discussions with both technical and business audiences.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience
- Workvivo implementation experience.
- ServiceNow Employee Center Pro experience.
- Corporate intranet modernization or employee communications platform experience.
- Experience partnering with HR, Internal Communications, or Employee Engagement teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise technology transformation programs.

Compensation Details:
- Orbis Clinical is an equal opportunity employer that provides a reasonable range of compensation for our positions. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location.
- The Pay Range for this position is $107.10 per hour, can vary depending on EDU, level of experience, and employment status.
