Position Summary:

The Senior Programmer of Data Standards & Statistical Programming (DSSP), will be responsible for:

  • Statistical programming activities including SAS macro development on assigned clinical trials working in a cross functional team environment.
  • Collaborating with other members of data standards and statistical programming team and Biometrics Team on key deliverables.
  • Developing and validating SDTM and ADAM data sets in SAS.
  • Designing, developing and validating computer programs in SAS to analyze clinical data and create listings, summary tables and figures.
  • Following departmental processes and workflows for creation of clinical data listings, summary tables, figures and Define.xml files.

What you'll do:

  • Execute statistical programming activities across multiple studies.
  • Generate high quality data sets and results according to study timelines.
  • Liaise with statistical programmers, data managers and biostatisticians as needed for optimal workflow and outcomes.
  • Develop SAS macros to enable production of high-quality results.
  • Perform statistical analysis to enable interpretation of clinical trial results.
  • Create and validate SDTM, ADaM, SAS transport files, Define.xml, Pinnacle 21 report and reviewer guide for assigned clinical trials.
  • Generate safety and efficacy tables, listings, and graphs using Base SAS, SAS Macros, SAS/STAT, SAS/Graph, SAS/SQL, and SAS/ODS.
  • Review statistical analysis plan, data set specifications, TLF Shells, Data Management Plan, Data validation plan, and edit check specifications.
  • Review protocol, case report form, other trial documents as needed.
  • Recognize inconsistencies and initiate resolution of data problems.

Compensation Details:

  • Orbis Clinical provides a reasonable range of compensation for our positions. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience and specific office location. 
  • The Pay Range for this position is $75-$90 per hour, can vary depending on employment status.
  • Orbis Clinical provides W2 Employees with options for Health Benefits and 401K.
