We are seeking a Temp – Cost Management Specialist to join our Global Development Business Operations team, supporting the Director, Cost Management in a hybrid working model. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

Discover your role:

For assigned areas, ensuring the delivery of high quality, compliant, effective, and timely work product and maintaining productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Support Cost Management Staff with transition of data from existing budget tool to new budget database
• Ensure data aligns with approved study budgets in financial system
• Validate data in cost management database
• Perform necessary data analyses
• Perform in a manner that is consistent with company’s values
• Familiarity with company Systems
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of study budgets and SSWs
• Ability to work independently
• Comfortable participating in departmental meetings
• Functional subject matter experience
• Experienced with EXCEL
• Ability to effectively communicate

This role requires:

• Bachelor Degree or required minimum of 2 years of direct experience with study budgets at a biopharmaceutical company or CRO
• Experienced with EXCEL
• Ability to handle large volumes of data

Compensation Details:

• The Pay Range for this position is $25-$40 per hour, can vary depending on employment status.
