Clinical Data Manager, Clinical Programming (Clinical Programmer) - Remote New Jersey
Orbis Clinical is seeking a remote-based Manager, Clinical Programming for 12 months.
Job Title: Manager, Clinical Programming
Location: Remote
Contract: 12 months
Duties:
- Provide clinical programming support for medical monitoring, data management, and statistical programming support to clinical studies
- Create specifications for dataset generation in accordance with SDTM IG
- Develop and maintain programs to produce and/or validate CDISC compliant SDTM datasets
- Develop and maintain programs to produce annotated CRFs in accordance with SDTM specifications
- Create outputs related to Medical Monitoring, Data Management, and Statistical Endpoint Monitoring
- Develop, maintain, and understand SAS macros, R functions, and other utility programs
- Design, develop, and test solutions to meet complex business requirements
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Work on multiple assignments concurrently and meet deadlines with quality
Skills:
- Work experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech (preferred) or related industry
- Solid programming background and advanced R, SAS, and SQL programming skills required.
- CDISC experience in SDTM/aCRF standards is required
- Prior experience in JReview is highly preferred
- Prior experience with Shiny, Pharmaverse, and Rmarkdown is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Programming skills or experiences with VBA, C++, Python, etc. are helpful
Compensation Details:
