Corporate/G&A IT Program Manager (ERP) - Remote Massachusetts
Orbis Clinical is seeking a remote-based IT Program Manager (ERP) for 12 months.

Duties:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a strategic ERP financial transformation initiative focused on modernizing and optimizing core finance systems and processes. This role owns roadmap development, program delivery and governance, and execution.
You will lead cross-functional teams through complex program lifecycles, ensuring alignment with finance operating models, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards. This role requires close coordination with project managers and business relationship managers across the program to align on scope, schedule, and resourcing. Responsibilities include managing program scope, communicating risks and mitigation plans, and providing regular updates to IT and finance stakeholders.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or a related field, a PMP (or similar certification), and has a proven track record delivering ERP and financial transformation programs.
- Experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and leading large-scale programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required.
Compensation Details:

- The Pay Range for this position is $112.28 per hour, can vary depending on employment status.
