Orbis Clinical is seeking a remote-based Temp – Exhibits & Sponsorships Specialist for 12 months.

Important Clarification: This is a junior, highly administrative role focused on execution, not strategy. Responsibilities include processing payments, tracking approvals, coordinating with vendors, and managing follow-ups. This role does not involve strategic ownership, program leadership, or managerial responsibilities. Candidates must be comfortable in a hands-on, task-oriented role.
Important: This is a very administrative, coordinator-level role. Responsibilities are primarily execution-based (vendor setup, payment processing, approval tracking, and follow-ups) rather than strategic or project ownership.
Job Description:
The Temp – Exhibits & Sponsorships Specialist is responsible for providing proactive support to company’s Commercial Operations team. Specifically, the person in this position assists by providing tactical day-to-day support, including, but not limited to, vendor setups and edits, payment processing and reporting in support of Commercial requests for funding.
This role might be for you if can:
- Serve as support to all Commercial Exhibit and Sponsorship leads, assisting with exhibitor forms, BFSF and ABAC submissions and other tasks, as necessary.
- Coordinate the Exhibits and Sponsorships vendor, payment and reporting processes for Commercial.
- Liaise with the Law Department, Vendor Maintenance and Accounts Payable teams to address questions and obtain approvals on submitted requests.
- Prepare required reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
- Manage weekly reminders to requestors and approvers.
- Manage reconciliation follow up process.
- Stay abreast of all pertinent company policies, procedures and government regulations that relate to Company-sponsored events and thereby actively contribute to company’s continued compliance with same.
- Support new initiatives and ad hoc projects, as necessary.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Compensation Details:

- The Pay Range for this position is $40.00 – $50.00 per hour, can vary depending on experience and employment status.
