Orbis Clinical Hires VP of Recruiting Services
Orbis Clinical is pleased to announce the hire of Melissa Douglas to the role of Vice President of Recruiting Services. In this role, Melissa will lead and develop the recruitment team in making talent pipelining and sourcing programs more robust for our clients.
Additionally, Melissa will collaborate across teams to implement best-in-class recruitment strategies, calibrate tools that improve candidate experience, and position Orbis Clinical to scale and grow in order to exceed the staffing needs of clients and stakeholders.
Prior to joining Orbis Clinical, Melissa’s experience includes more than 15 years of direct management experience, with her latest role presiding as a Vice President of the IT and Life Sciences Division at a staffing and professional services firm.
