Orbis Clinical Hires Director of Functional Service Providers (FSP)
Orbis Clinical is pleased to announce the hire of Marie Brooks to the role of Director of FSP. This newly developed role will spearhead the company’s Functional Service Providers (FSP) outsourcing model, which gives life sciences companies the flexibility to contract out full, partial or single aspects of specific functions or disciplines.
At Orbis Clinical, Marie will liaise between the business development and operations teams to ensure we exceed and adapt to our FSP clients’ specific needs. This FSP approach allows clients to focus on the core competencies of a protocol, study or company while outsourcing their chosen functional area(s). Marie’s clinical expertise and background strategically positions Orbis Clinical as an innovator in staffing as the clinical delivery model continues to evolve.
Prior to joining Orbis Clinical, Marie’s experience includes more than 15 years in the clinical research field with roles including Senior Project Manager, Global Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Trial Manager and CRA1-Principal CRA. She has experience with therapeutic areas such as Nervous System/Sense Organs, Respiratory, Digestive System, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, and Vaccine Development among many others.

With a Master’s in Health Administration from Troy State University and an undergraduate degree in Health Science from Columbus State University, Marie chose Orbis Clinical for the opportunity to add her knowledge to the company and solidify Orbis’ reputation as a strong FSP company.
